Does the US, as a superpower, have a responsibility to send aid to poor countries?

    I think that we should aid the poorer countries because we have the money to aid them. IF we can help them then we should. I am such a good person :D

    Yes, the US does have a responsibility to send aid to poor countries. We are all humans, so we should all work together. We shouldn't let country boundaries and pride stop us from helping out those in need. So who's with me?!?!
